We are getting ready to move so I was packing my children's books up. A
few made me stop and look through them, but there is always one book
that makes me stop to read most of it. That would be The True Story of
the Three Little Pigs. I love how its a flip on the traditional story
and how it has its own sense of humor. The illustrations cannot be
forgotten either, the interesting collages and odd proportions of
things.
I got extremely lucky a few months ago when I was thrift store browsing. I found a Spanish version of the exact copy I already had in English. I'm mostly excited because the text lines up exactly. I can't wait to read both versions to a group of kids someday.

Hi Jennifer!
ReplyDeleteI read this book a billion times to my son when he was little! His favorite thing to do was to work with tools and build things so this fit right into his world!
